The AS-T in Public Health prepares students to transfer to four-year institutions with a major in public health or other health-related focus. This program takes an interdisciplinary approach to expose students to the broad array of areas of study within public health sciences. Students develop skills and competencies required for future career paths such as epidemiology, biostatistics, health education, community organization, social justice and health advocacy, behavioral sciences, healthcare administration, and policymaking. Students and graduates of this program may be able to find entry level jobs or internships within public health agencies and organizations. Graduates of Bachelor's and Master's programs can find employment in public, private, and non-profit sectors, on the local, state, national, and global scale.
