Governance Update

The Governance Update reports the actions taken by various governance committees; these motions have been reviewed by the College Executive Committee (CEC). It is required by Administrative Regulation 2511: the Governance Document. Items reported may have changed or been resolved during a more recent meeting than the date noted. 


Governance committees' agenda and minutes are publicly available in Board Docs .
The committee list is accessed by selecting the government building.
Select the committee you wish to view. Meetings are listed in chronological order on the left side of the screen.

Note: it is important to have current information in Board Docs.  Post agenda and minutes (minutes no later than 1 month after meeting) in Board docs.


Attending governance meetings: If you are interested in attending a governance committee meeting please contact the committee chair for meeting information. The Blue List includes email links to each committee chairperson.

Please note that certain committees meet during summer and winter.
