You will need three (3) things before filling out the Membership Application:

1. Your GCC email 
2. Our Chapter number is 76
3. The last four (4) digits of your social security number
Now you are ready, in the link provided above, complete the fillable application. Then do a 'save as', name the file "Your name CSEA Membership" and email it to the
CSEA Treasurer, Marineh Artuni  Email: martuni@glendale.edu
