Please consult a GCC counselor regarding specific course requirements for your transfer institution. Program Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of the program, students will demonstrate an understanding of the major components and function of the criminal justice system in America; demonstrate knowledge of criminal laws in California, and define ethics in law enforcement and the consequences of unethical behavior.
