Jerry Acosta began studying guitar in Okinawa, Japan when he was eight years old and has been a freelance musician throughout his professional life. Much of his work has been with “La Folia Chamber Ensemble,” a flute, violin, and classical guitar trio which has performed for more than 3000 events. As a soloist he plays both classical and contemporary guitar music.  

Jerry is also a composer. His music can be found on youtube.com and on the website for La Folia Chamber Ensemble. Since 1986, Jerry has been the director of Evergreen Music Conservatory, a non profit 501-C3 in the San Fernando Valley.
