Alternatively, individuals could complete a Discrimination, Harassment, and Title IX Incidents Reporting Form online. Once submitted, the form will be received by the Civil Rights/Title IX team.

If you have been designated as a Campus Security Authority (CSA), please report to the District basic details of crimes reported to you by using this online CSA Reporting Form. You must log into your GCC Portal first before you could access the form. This means that you must use your District-issued credentials to log in and use the Reporting Form.

  • AFT Trauma Counseling (GCC Guild members only) offers free trauma counseling for issues such as aggravated assault, domestic violence, sexual assault, mass shootings, major disasters, workplace harassment, trauma from witnessing a violent incident, infection by a contagious disease, and secondary trauma. LGBTQ+ Community Advocate (for Students & Employees)

  •  Key Responsibilities:
    • A safe, confidential point of contact for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and Two-Spirit (LGBTQIA2S+) students, staff & faculty at Glendale Community College;
    • Provides a non-mandated reporting space for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals who seek information, support, or accommodations;
    • Coordinates with existing programs to facilitate new workshops on inclusive practices for faculty, staff, and student leaders.
